Well it looks like unfortunately I won't be able to make it to the dance :( Something more important then the dance came up and I'm gonna have to skip out this time.......I'm really sad about it.....

Soooo......ya, looks like I havn't posted in a little while :P
Life has been pretty hard on me lately....got a job....lost a job, but I will be going back, I wasn't fired mind you lol. This is my first year with actual "guy" experiences....gone through heatbreak and learning the hard way, but with the LORD I worked through them.....but it is still a great weakness of mine....
Lol I'm sorta rambling on about random things but oh well......probably no one's even reading this....:P It just brings me comfort to write this down somewhere :) Hopefully I will be able to post more often.....use this as a diary of sorts that I can look back at one day and laugh and look at how silly I was......:P
I am going through a time of examining my heart and I have been trying to focus on God more lately because I know that without him.....I can do nothing.....I can achieve nothing....I will not be the Godly woman He wants me to be. I am focusing on keeping my mind and heart pure and upright and I am trying very hard to obey my parents' wishes in every way.....it is very hard though...

Today I went to my cousin's party. She turned 18 and I baked her a cake. I was up till 1:45 last night and then I was up at 8 to finish it. It was the worth the effort. :P

Scallops

Yesterday I got some scallops and this will be my first time experimenting with them. I love scallops but I have never cooked them. I am trying to find a good recipe to use them in. The problem with expensive sea food is that we have 8 people in the family so we are only going to get one each. They were $10 for 8 of them. Crazy huh?? I don't know if that's a good price for scallops or not, they were also previously frozen so they probably aren't as fresh as they could be. I'll post when I find a recipe and tell how it went.

Birthday

My Birthday is now 4 days away!! I am going to go skiing for my b-day and hopefully the snow will be ok.

My birthday is now 1 month away from tomorrow. My birthday is on George Washington's birthday!! I am going to be 15. I can't wait!!! In one year I get to drive!!! WOO HOO!!!!!

Happy New Year everyone!!!!!!!! It is now the year 2010!! I can't believe it! The next thing up is the Olympics! I can't believe that they are actually where I live and I can't even go see them live because the tickets are majorly expensive!! My b-day is also coming up on February 22. I will be 15!!!!!!! WOOT!!!!!!! One more year and then I'm driving! School, school, school. :( Just started up today. I'm sure everyone else has today too. NOT looking forward to the early mornings!! lol But I have choir tonight!! New songs!!! Anyway, gtg.
